I intend to read it regularly to remind myself what it is to be human, to see and hear the truth and speak it and not let it slip away and to see the humour in all our oddness. I was so moved and went on a real journey - it throws up such a challenge to be honest and open and relaxed about contradiction and failure - it is still with me.

Really enjoyed dipping into the funny, insightful world of Beryl the Feral. Her poems take you through all of life's emotions in one sitting. Thought provoking, life enhancing and super funny all wrapped up in a great little book.
